I think having double cones = super turny trucks.

Re: Bushings. Different types and how to set them up.
cones allow for a lot of turn but provide little rebound. great for carving.

well with how turny my trucks are now with 85a venom bottom and 88a saber top the only thing i would imagine it doing is making it less reboundy and less stable.
should i stay away form cones if im gonna be doing some mild to moderate downhill? there isnt anything very crazy around here, im fairly new to downhill so these runs for now are fairly difficult but the guys i skate with say its all moderate at best once you learn the runs

okay i have a question about washers so i ordered some purple sabers and the washers that came with them were thin flat washers do these have any advantage over a thicker flat washer

nah, flat is flat. the only difference may be durability.

Re: Bushings. Different types and how to set them up.
what is the difference between harder duros on bottom vs harder duro on top? i mostly mean with barrels but info on different shapes would be nice.
i currently run 85a venom bottoms and 88a saber tops and seem to like it but i plan to play with it since i recently ordered a ton of other bushings, paris, venom, reflex, saber, and bones so i plan to play with them. just looking for some pushes in various directions. all of these are 85a+, the highest one i have a pair of 93a paris barrel. which as far as i know is a 93a venom barrel with a different color and outside texture.
and lastly how to Paris bushing with the venom formula compare to actual venoms? i have 85a paris coming in in a few days so ill try it out but just curious what to expect. are they actually identical or are there noticeable differences?
If it helps with some info i am about 210lbs

Re: Bushings. Different types and how to set them up.
I'm getting a set of paris and i know they come with venom 90a barrel. i ordered a set of venom 85a cone. if i put 90a barrel boardside and 85a cone roadside, is that going to be nice for carving ?stable?

Good choices, all depends on weight though.

Sounds pretty good to me as a starting point! You can always go harder/softer later.

right now i have an 85a venom board side and 88a saber roadside and its amazing for carving on 215 indys. i have the 87a im going to try here real soon as soon as i put it on. very happy with venoms.
super reboundy and smooth, i love them. Same for Sabers, though not as good as venoms imo for rebound.
gotta love venoms fun colors too, the 85a look so sexy, i love neon colors on boards.

You should be fine. Paris stock bushings (barrel and cone) are pretty tall; especially the cone.
I use double barrels and I have about 1/8" left after the nut.
