It's funny that you mentioned the concrete wave ad for these trucks. In the ad they mention the use of these wider hangers for DH. I don't know alot of people running 50* baseplates for DH.
Don't get me wrong i'm totally stoked about getting my hands on a set of those hangers, though i'm planning on them going on a set of 42* randy plates.

No, not a lot of people do. But, the man behind these trucks (dubes) surely does.

i ride 50 degree plates for downhill, my favorite plate setup yet!

and besides, these are 195mm, a higher angle plate such as a 50 works very well with a wider hanger such as this, i don't know why anyone would want to change.

or the bushing seats? Sabres are fairly restrictive, nothing like the paris seats.

Sabre bushings, when new, have a very slippery mold release that makes them slide in the bushing seat sometimes. Once they're broken in, however, the stay just fine.

I too have relized 50 degrees is where it's at.
Less lean per more turn? Yes please.
Lowering base plate angle to compensate for lack of balance is over rated.
Ill be getting these as will the rest.
