Everyone seems to think that the picture Mark posted makes it look like they work together. It seems to me that when the pivot is properly aligned (as it is in his photo) there isn't enough room for a top bushing.
Bingo.

I had some 184mm Tracker Dart hangers and a 129mm RT/S hanger... so I gave them a go for shits and giggles... The bent Tracker pivot puts the bushing seat at a more appropriate level on the Bennett base plate, but they are far too big in circumference and probably a tad too short.
Mark is right; you're better off buying new trucks. It could probably be made to work but it's more effort than it's worth unless you get your jollies through tinkering (and beyond).
Honestly, I love tinkering. Many jollies are had. I've got 215 hangers on the way, and I've already got the Bennett plates. I've also got Core plates coming in, just in case I can't get it to work, or if I just get lazy.
I pounded the kingpin out, and made the plate a little shorter. Then I redrilled at a different angle and welded the kingpin back in. There was too much play in the kingpin because I redrilled through the same hole. Just didn't seem safe, and the Core plates work fantastic anyway.
