experiment. if you like feeling closer to the ground, dont put any, but if you like to fly, put some fatty ones on.

You got to do the ol wheel bite test. Parking lot, push, coast, grab the toeside rail and crank the hardest turn heelside you can do. If you got wheel bite it will rear it's ugly head so be ready for it.

Another way, (my fave) is to loosen the trucks a bit, then put a knee on the farside rail and put all your weight on it. Try to get the deck to touch the wheel, and note if the truck is at full lock in the turn. If it is, and it doesn't touch the deck, you're cool. If it does, you need risers or wheel cutouts. Both have their merits. I prefer wheel scallops. Like a cutout but it leaves about a quatrer inch of wood still there.

i like my board to be low, so i dont run ne risers and if do when i got big wheels on i run em as thin as possible,

do the wheel bit test it will save a lot of skin, trust me,
kerosene keeps me warm, it make me feel good to watch it burn
