    Default Trackers

the rear truck on my new board had a big chip out of the casting
behind the kingpin...probably chunked off while being 'tuned' ha ha...

that this could be a rust problem is evident...anyone know a good
    metal filler?

oh, don't bother suggesting i take the issue to Gravity or Tracker...
    neither is interested nor helpful...

it's getting just a little tiring this attitude of skate companies behaving
like they're doing you a favor by guaranteeing or fixing
the broke products they sell you....

so maybe the plating being cracked isn't technically 'broke', but it's
not what you'd expect for a set of new trucks either....

    is it?

Yeah the B-2s on my concave carve have the same issue... the rear truck has a fault in the casting that exposes the axle.

I haven't noticed any problems because of it, but I didn't really think about it until you brought it up just now. Yeah it could cause some rust problems... damn.

Well, keep em clean. I will.

Somthing tells me this is what to expect from a new set of trackers. Sigh.

pammy get a gauge or a ruler on each axle end and measure to the hanger to see if the axles are the same each side...if not get them in a vice and tap them true....and dont worry about the hole as mine are the same and i've had mine about 3-4 years or so cracked 40 plus on them with no probs

I have the B-2's and I have the same problems with them, they don't seem to effect it too badly. No rust and I've had them for quite a while.

Sounds like a bummer. However, when the white bushings on my DART 219's squished out after one session, I was a little burned. After all, I had to wait seven days to get them from the Left Coast and then.....frustration. Tracker, I'm afraid is not the company that I remember from the last century. However, I did call and fussed about it. They sent me some red bushings for free.

    Good luck.

it sounds like tracker has said, this is what you get, dont like it ,to bad.
i would raise cain with them over the quality over there trucks.
it seems like a few people here have problems with tracker.i dont think i'll buy a set till i here some good about them.maybe they need a lesson from there custermers.a lot of letters from them and other skaters.

Im not saying that trackers are really bad, but they just need to put some more time into their products.

the new tracker sixtracks are killer
    a little wider than 166's
slightly steeper angle than the sixtracks of yore
    plenty beefy
    turn nice
and the new Superball bushings are quite nice as well

also have had a set of 149 darts for a while now with no problems
they have been ground pretty hard and have held up fine.
    Longboard is not a verb.
