Bear Grizzly Engineering Drawings?

Is there any place I can get drawings of bear grizzlies with all the diminsions on them?

Also axle length and thread size on the axle and kingpin would be useful. Thanks.

I'm not copying the trucks, its for a school project. And I was hoping that someone would have some drawing of them because I haven't gone out to buy calipers yet.

Pre-made CAD drawings are for losers, do it yourself or pay me 100usd to do it for you.

I offered to make them for 100 usd, pretty cheap considering that that is 4+ hours of cad work and I can get them to him in pretty much any format (jpg, dwg, psd, bmp, pdf, etc...) and any angle as they would be in 3d.

I suppose that's up to him then if he wants to pay you for that. For what it seems like he wants, you wouldn't have to actually put a lot of time into it, maybe an hour or so. The curves and such would be complicated, but you don't really have to bother with that. Just make a basic drawing with some basic measurements and such. Just a suggestion.

If he wants a fully accurate drawing, that's a different story I suppose.

I have. And the curves on that truck hangar would be the hardest part, but the base would probably only take like 20 mins. The hanger is the more difficult piece. Which, if modeled exactly, would likely take a while, but if it was modeled with only the relevant measurements in mind, it wouldn't take all that long.

Not really. The measurements and threading would take the longest. Swooshy lines are easy and kinda fun.

I can't see how the measurements would take very long. You make the axle a certain length, the kingpin has a certain angle and whatnot... I can see how threads might be hard, but I'm pretty sure that AutoCAD has a thread tool that should make it cake as long as you know the thread dimensions.

There is no thread tool. You have to fool around with helix's until you get the right T.P.I. and then sweep a triangle on the helix; then you have to adjust the sweep angle then you have to subtract that mass from the rod. Still sound easy? I'd love to see you try.
