I'm going out on a bit of a limb, so bare with me, but if my third grade teacher got through to me I believe it is:
Righty tighty
Lefty Loosey.
Get yourself a 9/16 inch wrench and just turn the nut however you feel.

well, there should be a total of 7 places you can do things with a tool on your trucks:
-4 nuts attached to your hardware, keeping your trucks struck to your board
-2 nuts attached to your axles, holding your wheels and bearings on your trucks
-and one nut that is the biggest and runs right through the center of the truck, this is the one you want to adjust to change the overall tightness/looseness of the trucks.
If you are running the Randal 150s and have the stock red bushings you may simply want to look into getting some new ones as the stock ones are rather stiff and low on rebound.

How many people have just had Crowley scare the crap out of them?
Crowley, DO REMEMBER to look at the nut that's on the other side of that bolt you now know to loosen, and make absolutely sure you have at least one thread exposed out of the end of the nut. You want to ensure that the nylon "locking ring" in the nut stays fully engaged on the bolt. If you don't understand, go ask your Dad to show you. The very last thing you want is for that bolt to come out, trust me on that!!
By the way, if your folks can handle some old dude coming by to purchase Lego...I'll show you how to tune those trucks in 5 minutes.

Are you on my trucks? When I sent them to you, they were WAY TOO LOOSE! I loosened them up so much. I don't really know why I did, but if you haven't tightened them, don't loosen them.

oh yea, it was YOU who i bought it from. yeah it is the randal i got from you. forgot who i traded with. ok. well, today i noticed like a crack or..a hole right behind the top bushing. it's not a hole that you can see through the other side but theres a circle that's missing the metal. i'll try to post the pictures up. but was the crack there when you traded with me?

it's not on a kingpin or anything but the "hole" is right behind the top bushing. it's hard to explain but i didn't notice it until today when i was loosening up the truck.
