    Default would originals work

i currently have a s9 c2 with randall 150's and some grippens. i use it for cruising and flatland carving. im interested in some original s6's. i wanted to know if this would be a good upgrade from my randalls. i like the randalls but i wanted something even turnier. all your advise will be appreciated!

The S6 trucks are much turnier than your Randals.

You will probably want a sideset or offset wheel that will slide predictably, b/c you WILL slide with the Originals.

If you like your randals and want something turnier I would think about our larger sizes of trucks.

Going from a randal to a 150mm S6 Original is like going from night to day. They are VERY different trucks and do not function the same way at all.

While none of our trucks will ever fell like a randal, the wider trucks will have some sense of familiarity for you. I would suggest the S8 200mm trucks for that particular board.

If you are more partial to bombing hills then I would go with the S10 250mm Originals. They will be stable, but still carve hard.

Not as stable as your randals for sure, but MUCH more stable than S6 150mm Originals. I can't stress enough the difference the sizes make for our trucks.

    Hope that helps,
    Take care.

Look at that! Now there's some customer service... straight from the man himself. I think I need to throw Original some money in exchange for some trucks. OH NO.... no extra board to put them on... OH WELL... looks like I'll have to get a new board now too! SHUCKS!

The S8s will still turn MUCH more than the R150s,
Even the S10s are dramatically quicker to turn and carve a tighter circle,

That being said you need to be sure thats what you want because it will take a lot away from your stability and you will have to actively become better at balancing if you expect to be able to bomb the way you can on the trucks that dont carve as hard.

Hone your skills and you wont have a problem until real speed (32+).

I've been riding my S10's all night long and that turning circle is intensely TIGHT!!! i had to crank the board hard to the right, when a car shot out of the alley with no lights on last night. going about 25kms , the trucks and deck turned in a little tight cirle and and shot me BACK UP the road foir about 10 feet. NICE!!!

25 Kms an hour is slow......... thats only 15 Miles per hour.......

If you want to convert from kilometers ( kms ) to miles, multiply the kilometers
    by 0.6214
