Default seismic size on a swift 40?

    hey guys,

I'm making a wishlist, and I've been looking into the subsonic swift 40k. I DO know I want seismics on this board, I'm just not sure what size....180 quick trucks are my thought, but if I end up ordering it I dont want to make a mistake.

    thanks.

    ALSO...

what kind of wheels would you guys think best suit the swift 40? I'm looking at the 83mm flywheels, but you know I like to splurge. How would avalons work on it? Or avilas?

    thanks again. :P

go with avalons perhaps, 180s should be good, u can always ask scott from subsonic but flys may be a little big but just ask

If that Swift is anything like my 38, you can run 75-77mm wheels with 180's no problem. I actually prefer 155's and either Flashbacks or Avalons or Hot Spots.

thanks guys. I'll probably go with some abec 11 strikers. By the way, what's the name of the new subsonic site? Right now i'm looking at this:

I was running a swift 40 with 180 seismics and 77mm 81a strikers. This is an absolutely awesome setup for all around riding however it sucks if you have many other boards. Hard to explain, but if this is your only board than I would have to say that it is one of the best all around setups. However with the stiff flex it sucks on anything less than perfect pavement and isn't stable over 35 mph. So yes it is a absolute perfect single board setup however there are much better setups if this is a single discipline board if that makes sense. I had the same setup and ended up putting the seismics on my big bug with some hot spots (on the way) and putting some crails (on the way) on the swift and using it as a pure speed carver. hope this helps.

What`s the go with the subsonic site, I mean how could anyone ever remember that address? I wonder why they don`t use something simple like Subsonicskateboards.com.

My real question here however is........ How about that 46" swerve, any idea on how it goes?

    Default trucks,wheels swift 40...

180s seismics on a swift 40 works perfect , I happened to go with 90 fly wheels , super smooth , quiet , fast , and still no rubbing with 1/8 inch flat spacers, I wouldnt change a thing.
    hey, it works for me!!!!!

180's are what I run on mine with Strikers.... beautiful setup. I'd love to have a set of 88a and 75a too.

Can`t work out why but that address won`t open in my browser.

The only way I can get in to the site is though here.

revelation2- Milehighmark has been doing a few kinda customized subsonic boards. I think named Highland. Well worth checking out! Tweaked to marks specs. 8)

I just got an email from Subsonic Scott. He says he's really swamped right now. He's got 12 custom boards going all at once. Mine's just got clear coated and he says that he'll bump up my shipping to priority so I'll get it by the weekend! Woot!

    Great service.
