I've got a set of JimZ's speed bushings in R2s which are on my evo. They worked great when I first got them (i used a washer on top, nothing on bottom), but after awhile the big bushing on the front truck warped its way around the baseplate, and got rediculously loose.
[long drawn out part you can skip]
I rotated it, everything was fine... but then it happened again (on maryhill of all places, major bummer) so i rotated it and when I got back home, I put some flat washers the same size as the bushing between it and the baseplate. That fixed the warping around the baseplate, but the trucks became dangerously tight, so i took those off. Back at square one, I've tried other weird things (flipped washers n stuff) but nothing has really worked
[end]
So what I'm asking is, do speed bushings just not work well on R2s? Do they have to be rotated not matter what? Is this just a personal problem? Any help would be appreciated... Thanks.
