    Default Crail? Holey? Randal?

This was going to be a "Holey or Randal?" post, but seeing everyone here praise Crail trucks has ruined that.

If these Crails really are better than Holeys or Randals, does anyone know how I can get them in the UK?

If I can't get them, which would you recommend of the other two?

I'm making a board for my girlfriend, and I love the Randals on my board. But if Holeys/Crails are going to be better, maybe she can take the Randals and I get the others

Randals are great.....I've never had the pleasure of trying the holeys but I've grabbed two sets of crails this summer and they are my favorites.

i don't think crail trucks are available in the UK yet...

holey trucks kick randals ass any day of the week. they cost the same and have the same awesome geometry, but have a stronger axle and kingpin, way better bushings (right up there with tracker i reckon), lower ride height and they look sexy as well. that's why we've put them on all our boards - blatant plug sorry!

..Have you emailed Mark @ Mile High Skates? He has shipped stuff all over the world. Crails are very nice. Ask him about bushing changes for the riding you do.(The stock MOOG bushings are a little stiff. But I am sure fine for very fast and stable) Some of us here have been using different combo's and I am sure he can advise what you will need for all different types of rides. We bomb several mile long hills, garages etc. Again email Mark.

Ain't the world crazy? You live in the UK and can get Holeys easily but are thinking of getting Crails. I live in the US and can get Crails but I've ordered Holeys from Lush.

According to Royal Mail they're here in the US so it shouldn't be too long. I'm stoked. Everyone that tried them raves.

One thing about Holeys - as they sit lower than Randals you might need taller risers. I use 1/2 inch risers with 65mm No Skoolz on a board without wheel wells or cutouts.

the grass is always greener on the other side!

let us know when the trucks turn up - royal mail can be a bit iffy sometimes.

Thanks Rich. I've never dealt with them (Royal Mail). They seemed to be good about getting them out. They didn't sit on the package long. However it's a shame you can't tell once they arrive in the US anything. It just says they've been passed to "Overseas Postal" for delivery.

You wouldn't happen to know exactly who "overseas postal" is? I assume it's the United States Postal Service. Sometime they can be just as flakey.

I ship overseas weekly. Folks in the UK, Germany, Finland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and lots of other places have all received goods from Mile High, and been quite pleased.

Yep, just got my package from MileHighSkates today to Finland - 4 sets of wheels, bushing, hardware, tools, and a bunch of stickers. Thank you Mark.

This was my second order from him - and I am allready planning for the third. Great service!

Straight holes, even axles - even the appearance on some kind of quality control would help Randal... must be nice not having to care about anything but the money.

The sales manager at Crail told me once that they have dealers in several countries in Europe.
