old school trucks
Whats the disadvantage of them old school trucks? The ones in which the wheels are very close together...

-
the closer the wheel the less stable it is, but you can turn sharper.

i love the tiny trucks, i have to say that they are much less stable but much more agile, and also if you in pools or park skating they make it hard ont he coping becuase they at times arent big enough to grind on bigger bcoping the wheels just roll on it which can be a little bit unerving

thats not true, they are extremely stable at high speeds, my friend has a little plastic board that can keep up with my speedboard i almost dont beleive it myself, but i have ridden it too it is very unstable at first but after a few minutes its rock solid

it doesnt matter how stable you are on the board thats the skill of the rider not the effects of the trucks, i have taken indy 109s up to about 30 stable but gotten wobbles on indy 180s it just matters how much skill you have and at the time i rode the smaller trucks i had more

yes but narrow trucks = turny
wide trucks = stable
you cant argue that, if you disagree you are wrong

no i agree with that, which was my point just because you were stable at 40mph on small trucks does not mean they are more stable than the wider trucks its just a fact the smaller the trucks the less stable, the fact that they can remain steady at speed is a matter of the skill of the rider

holikujak why are you so narrow minded about everything? you are so quick to disbeleive anything that anyone says. just because you cant do it doesnt mean someone else cant... drama

thats not narrow minded thats physics i never said you didnt do it, i just said that the narrower the trucks your using are the less stable your board is, i never said anything about you not being able to, just that the narrower yourtrucks are the more difficult it is
