R-II Hangers and DH bases?

Has anybody tried fitting the R-II 180 hangers to the DH bases?
Does the geometry fit?
I have both at home so I suppose I could just try it and see if they fit!

But that does mean finding the tools from whrever I last put them down 'somewhere safe'

yeah it works, loads of ppl use that for dh to give a widder more stable hannger, also run the 180- hannger in vert so u can get real low
