    Default A note about UpTrucks.

If you're interested in getting them in the somewhat near future, go to the site and submit the order form now. Essentially, the more you buy, the less each individual truck costs (which is excellent for group orders). However, they take a long time to make/prepare/???. You don't pay until they're just about ready: I have a check with the date labelled December 13, 2005 which was a little after we sent a request for the invoice. It's been well over a month and still the sales representative doesn't know when the trucks will even be ready, let alone shipped. It stinks because we have several poor college students who aren't able to ride because the UpTrucks were all they could afford (yes, pity us). The only thing that's keeping us from calling it all off is the good price from the group order.

Anyone who bought UpTrucks in the past, has customer service been this bad? We originally didn't mind because we understood that we ordered during the holidays, but this is just ridiculous.

Up trucks were the only thing they could afford?

    Really?

Are they the least expensive trucks on the market?

    How much do they cost?

I wouldn't say on the market, but they seemed the best for the buck (plus, they just look cool). With the number we ordered, it cost a little over $20 per SET including shipping and all. Since they don't have any official US dealers (Mark, you could change this) orders from the factory. As a result the trucks themselves don't cost much, but shipping is high but fixed. So you'd be paying over $50 for 1 set of trucks, but if your order more, the price for each goes down. Batteries and hardware not included (kidding about the batteries).
