    Default Tracker Midtrack vs RTS/X

I'm getting a mini and I'm wondering which trucks to get. I plan on putting 70mm Zigzags on it. The board is 8" wide. Is the Midtrack too narrow? Should I choose 66mm Zigzags? I'd really like 70mm but I don't want too high risers.

Full tracks would work better, and you will need a little riser with either wheel (less with the 66s).

Why? The RTS/X hangers are also 105mm.. Different angle?

My bad, was referring to the hanger size and not a specific truck...

    Ok, np.

How wide is the 70mm and the 66mm Zigzags from the hanger to the edge? I'd like to know the total width of the setup to know how it will look also. I think you're right about getting 105mm so far..

Looks like the inside lip on the 70s is 7mm (with Biltins) - put them on an 88mm hanger and had 74mm gap... total width on an 88mm hangar was 177mm (just under 7"). Little narrow for an 8" board (unless it's a TS setup).

I think RTS/X 106's with 66mm 83a zigzags would be perfect for that

I'm getting the 78's, just for the color, but I'd hoped that I could get 70mm.. 66mm is darn small. Only 1mm higher than my 1st board ever..

Id say go ahead and get the 70mm 78a if that's what you want. I was sugesting the 66mm as being closer to tha all-around wheels we ran in the 70's. It's not really that small, only 2mm smaller radius than the 70mm wheel. I seem to recall Chris mentioning that the 78a urethane is not the new super reboundy urethane, although it is the familiar Abec 11 urethane in any case. I'm sure the 70mm 78a zigzags are killer wheels.

I think I'm all settled for the RTS/X / 70mm 78a Zigzags.. Putting it on a Rogers Bros mini. Too bad we've got like 4ft of snow outside..

ive got mid tracks with 66mm 78a zigzags and angled risers....it work great...if u get the midtracks though youll need new bushings (unless u weigh over about 150 lbs or so)...i weigh 120 and the soft bones hardcores work great...very pumpable, great for slalom, havent tried it in a bowl yet but ill let u no after i do
