theres like 20 different kinds of khiro bushings... what one is the best? and what's the pros n' cons for med-soft, and med duro? and what are better overall? the khiros or the bones? could you guys just send me a link to the link where i could buy the bushings?
like i said again... for sliding, a kid 6'3" 175 lbs, what would the best bushings be on a BE40 and sixtracks trucks???

I told you, the reds and the blues, buddy. I'd personally stay away from the inserts and only use the barrel and conical bushings.

Blue in front and red in back.
^thats actually what i currently ride for the bottoms currently, my tops are both tracker hourglasses(89 duro i think).

the orders of khiro durometers are as follows from soft to hard:
    white(73)-blue(85)-red(90)-yellow(92)-black(95)

or just check the link below. Thats some info you might find useful

Personally, I'd do something like... red barrels on the bottom of both trucks, blue conicals on the top of both trucks. using cup washers for the tops, with the back truck a bit tighter.

But that's just me. One thing you'll need to learn about bushings, trucks, almost anything skateboards - it's all preference. Through the internet we can give you ideas but it only goes so far, you're going to have to get some bushings and experiment on your own.
