    Default Jim Z bushing washers

I just got some jimz bushings form my 180's and also some flat wahsers. The flat washer fits the top bushing really well but on the bottom one the bushing overlaps quite a bit. Should I be worried about my washer cutting into the bushing or should it be fine.

You really don't need the bottom washer...

he's right. The bottom washer is optional...but the fact that your washer is smaller shouldn't be an issue. Make sure the sharper edge of the washer is facing away and your set.
