I've got mine de-wedged about 5-6 degrees I'd guess, not positive of the exact number though. Running it on the bigger Axe II, currently set on the 20" wheelbase. For larger spaced cones and bigger courses, I run hard/blue Stims top and bottom. For tighter cones (I can make 6-foot centers) I have a lathed blue Radikal shaped like a Stim on the bottom, and a hard blue Stim on top.

Those are the only two setups I've toyed with and I'm positive that's how I'm going to keep it. The bushing seats in the Airflow hanger work wonderfully with the stepped bushings like Stims. Khiro's feel mushy to me, the only thing I'd suggest is a bunch of Radikals

Well Im 195 lbs and still very much a novice.

Dewedged 5 degrees on an Axe II. BlueStim on bottom and white Khiro on top. Im really digging this setup. Turns relatively well but still has alot of stability.
    I like Skateboarding.

Soft wheels, loose trucks and fixed gears.

De-wedged with a Khiro 80a wedge. Green Stim on the bottom (flat washer between base/Stim), yellow Randal top bushing.

I just mounted an airflow on the back end of a Skaterbuilt hybrid. I used a 1/8 shock pad & a hard Khiro angled riser to slightly de-wedge (not sure how many degrees that is). And I have Khiro bushings in it -- red below & blue on top. Running it with Seismic Hotspots at the moment, and a tracker rt-X up front, double wedged (Khiro rubber). Just gettuing used to the set-up, but so far it feels really nice.
I feel more like I do now than I did when I first got here.

Me too! 8mm'ed RT-X up front, wedged 20 degrees (each soft Khiro wedge is 10 degrees... or so I've heard). 83/80a Hotspot split duro, sweeeeet board for hybrid slalom.

I have my airflow on my skaterbuilt hybrid. Set at 110mm on 83a 70mm ZZs. Dewedged with two soft khiro soft wedge risers. Good traction, solid truck!

Oh yeah, Yellow barrel bottom, red superball barrel top.

Try a softer top bushing like Khiro red/yellow barrel
    or soft stim.

While I have a huge variety available.. I actually prefer Red Khiro Barrel Bottom and Blue Khiro insert top with 5* dewedge

I think the soft khiro risers are actually 8 degrees.

I currently have mine set up on my new custom board. Go check out Sniff's Cherry in the slalom thread.
Mine are set up with Red Superball barrel on top and a blue Khiro barrel on bottom. I have them on a 15* wedge but the rocker in the board tones that out some.
They turn great and hold grip like mad.

I don't have mine mounted at the moment, while I do some R&D on some Randal 125's, but when I use it, it's de-wedged probably 5-10 degrees. For GS, I use an oversized Jimz shaped 89a Retro 'thane bottom, and a Stim shaped 89a Retro 'thane top. For hybrid and tight, the Jimz bottom, with a barell shaped top:

If anyone has trouble with the ripping pivot cups because of the allen head hole in the pivots on Airflows,TTC, 3TC, and older SplitFires, try what Paul Howard did.

I pulled out the pivot screw, filled the hex hole with "JB Weld" metal epoxy, let it cure COMPLETELY, put the screw into my electric drill which was clamped to my work bench then proceeded to use a metal file to round the edges off in psuedo/makeshift lathe fashion and finished it with emery cloth and it does'nt wear away pivot cup/bushings any more than other trucks now.
I have also done it. It is super easy.

What wheels did you use for the oversized JimZ and Stim shaped bushings? Is there enough thane on the 70mm Zigs???

I've been using JimZ shaped bushings top and bottom on all my rear Splits (R1 and R3's) since 2005. I'm using JimZ shaped Rads (green and black) and Venoms (93A) right now. I would be really interested in having some made from 89A Reflex thane...

Yep Mig, you can make bushings out of 70mm Zigs. They end up with a small amount of the core still in the bushing, but I think it's worth it to get the 89a version. Mount the side with the core in it away from the bushing seat on the truck, and I don't think the bits of core make a difference. I LOVE the way they ride. I need to make some for my DH board, but I'll have to come up with some more wheels from somewhere...
