    Default original question

    I'm just curious.
How loose do you guys run your Original trucks, in general?
Since my campus is mostly flat, I run both trucks floppy loose. People who have skated their whole lives can't ride them with out practicing. Does any one else run theirs like this?

if looking at threads i run them at about 4.5-5 past where the retaining clip should go, but heck rode them today for about 8km and they loosened way off, the back one was like right at the retaining clip area when i got home(and im not running clips eek) so i just cleaned the bolts up add new locking nuts and thre on some teflon tape to help a bit as i currently dont have any medium locktite

I started off running mine floppy loose but soon tightened them up. I found that they turned just as deep but with better results tightened up. WhataRush has also just come to the same conclusion lately. You get better pumps and can come out of turns easier with them a little tighter.
