Crail bushing breaks

Today for some reason the top bushing on my crails broke.... well it disappeared. I put a khiro onto it that was laying around carved some more later that night then that fell off. I dont know whats going on the thing just disappears.. The reason i think it may do that is because i turned over the top washer so its pretty much flat and it turns better.

Any advice or knowledge of whats going on...

WTF?! How does a bushing just fall off? Did you remember to screw on the kingpin nut? Or screw it on enough so the kingpin is screwed in the nyloc?

maybe you have it cranked down to hard and it makes the bushing blow out and fall off

Ok i ride my crails really loose with indy orange bushings.... Everything is how it should be but.... So my board would lean more i took the top cone shaped washer and turned it upside down...

same tooth shattering hardness, different colors. The yellow looks great with the all black Crail's. The black goes well with the color Crail's.

I think they are 90a's
