Default RII 180 and Khrio BB1 kit

I have a set of rII 180's and Im playing around with a BB1 kit from Khrio. Is this the right kit for these trucks? everything seams to small, from the pivot bushing, to the top and bottem hanger bushings.

The pivot bushing has some wiggle room in the cup of the base of the truck. It will fit on th epin of th ehanger, but it does not fit as well as the OEM part.

The top and botem hanger bushings are all slightly smaller then the OEM parts. Right now Im using the cone style bushings with the built in washer. My gut tells me that because the bushgin is smaller that it is changing the angle of the trucks... is ths correct?

Also, typicaly on a carver wich bushings should be the softer pair? The front or the back? I have White up front and red in the back. Im starting to think I want the tighter one up front because on the long board I ride more weight up front... any thoughts?

Use flat washers to get the height on the bottom bushing the same as the stock bushing. I tried several Khiro barrel combo's but went back to the stock Randal bottom bushing with an Indy orange bottom bushing on top. I also have one set up with the stock bottom and a Bones Hardcore bottom med(yellow) on top. I use my boards for cruising, carving and mild hill bombing so I just set up the front and back the same. I may tighten up the back truck a bit more. Also try the hangars flipped the rear or both, if you don't have wheel bite issues.
If you want to carve, just lean over. http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2004-12/902849/wave2.gif

The top bushing doesn't affect gemoetry, at all. Use whatever works, be that a tall, insert conical or a Stimulator with an insert conical on top of that.

The OEM Randal bottom bushing is taller than a Khiro barrel and you will make a slight change in geometry if you don't address that by putting a nice, thick G8 flat washer under your new bushing.
