    pretty sure, one is 'quick' turn (meant to be on the front of a board) and one is 'stable' turn (back).. never used them, but everyone seems to speak very highly of them... i belive it was intended for slalom

    rts has a bent pivot, giving it a slower geometry (typical trackers like sixtracks), and the rtx has a straight pivot (indy geometry), making one quick and one stable, the stable rts in the back, quick rtx in the front.
