Default Double Barrel Bushings? Setup for Flushcut

What does it mean to run double barrel bushings? Is is running just 2 of the top (roadside) bushings together, making an hourglass looking setup? Does anyone have pictures?

Is this something that would work well on Randal DH trucks with a Kebbek Flushcut as far as increasing the turnability? If so, what setup would you suggest for the 2 bushings? I have Khiro bushing kit so I can play around with different options. I also have come JimZ white bushings if you think those might work better.

    Thanks!!!!!

Barrels top and bottom instead of the usual barrel/cone combo.

The Jimz bushings work really nicely so give them a spin first and see how they treat ya and then if you don't like them go on from there
