    Default RT-X/S Wheelbase

I've never riden these, so I don't know how small of a turning radius I could end up with if i go with a small wheelbase.

NOT built for slalom, what's a feasable wheelbase on a RT-X/S 139 combo?

    Could I pull say, a 13"-14" wheelbase?

LBL's runnin a 12.5" wheelbase on his humu, but that's with 89 midtracks..

if unwedged and very loose these trucks will have a tight turning radius.
they are built for slalom so expect them to be turny...
what kinda board you using? post a picture if you can...

22" cutting board. Just sitting some trucks up on the board, I think a 15"-14" wheel base is what I'll be looking at. Trucks will be wedged. I want it to be very agile, human slalom on my way to class.

Is 14" - 15" too narrow? I'll be alright with the stability, and I can always mess around with bushing combinations to tighten them up if necessary.

that's a pretty short w.b., but it depends on your wedging too

if you go with that tiny wheelbase, dewedge the rear normally (7-10 degrees) but maybe positive wedge the front a little less than normal (like 10-12 degrees instead of the standard 15-18)

bush as normal for slalom (super soft in front, loose, medium in back, tightened)

otherwise, I'd suggest going wuith a 17.5" w.b. and then wedging normally

looks like a fun little board

Dude, thats an awesome idea, but make sure you can stand comfortable on it. I recently made this tiny little board that I could stand on easily without the trucks. Once I put the trucks on, the wheel base was too short for my stance, so when I was pushing up a hill on it, I put my back foot back on the board and I went flying...
