    Default is this dangerous?

is it dangerous to ride on some old randall 180's with bent hangers? they dont look super bent, but im not just using it to ride to the corner store to get milk, you know?

also, should i get the 3'' or 2.75'' kingpin? im ordering some some blue, and yellow kihros to experiment with.

can anyone suggest some good down hill hangers that dont break the bank?

Bent hangers are fine as long as you are not doing extreme stuff.
2.75 is fine for khiros-- radikals, 3 inches

DH hangers are cheap and easily located.

You can buy new hangars from the guy who makes Splitfire trucks (Gary Fluitt I believe?) for about $17

    yeah, theyre dangerous..
go do a big drift then check the scub pattern on your wheel.
if its only scubbing half of your wheel, dont expect it to hold a hard fast line

Go to www.asphaltplayground.com . You wont find them on the site though, just go to the "contact us" on that site and write to Gary...I think they're about 10-12.00 a piece and he's got 180's and DH hangers too...probably some 150's in there too....at that price, you should do it and not risk injury...your doctors co-pay would probably cost allot more than the cost of a hanger or two
