hahah thats sick. how many you guys make?

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!
He got four out of one Gumball, they were giving him tons of trouble. Only like 1 or 2 came out real nice. We need to figure out a method to doing them right. Unfortunately I don't have access to the lathe and other helpful tools at my school until next year Chapstick suggested 77mm Strikers over Gumballs, because the hub in the Gumball sticks up right in the middle of the wheel, which you don't get with Strikers. We might pick up some singles from Abec11.

It aint the bushings that makes them what they is, but that bushing looks sweet man. Pretty killer!

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!
No, it's the being owned by massive nerds with too much cash that makes them what they is.

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!
I really, really like that.
If you can make four bushings out of a striker, and strikers go for 12 bucks apiece, then that's like $3 a bushing!
Sweet.

No way I'd buy a whole set of Strikers of the same duro... we'd definitely get some 75a's, 81a's, 88a's... Too much work and hassle to try to make any profit. Do 'em yourselves - I wanted this to be an inspiration thread!

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!
Marshall used a drill press with a hole saw and a file. No need for a lathe, although they will clean them up very nicely.

Re: Holy rebound, Batman!
Yeah. I know what blemmed means. I wouldn't buy a whole set because I'm sure the whole set he has are all the same duro. Who wants 16 bushings all of the same hardness? Not I, said the ghoul. I was saying we'd buy a single 75a Striker, a single 81a Striker, etc, to get a bunch of bushings of varying durometers.
