    Default Tracker Dart vs. RTS/X

Where does the Tracker Dart baseplate fall in terms of turniness compared to RTS and RTX...

    Is it:

    Stability------------------------------------Turn
    -----RTS-----------Dart-------------RTX-------

    Thanks in advance.

the RTX is turnier patly because of the striaght pivot (indy style) hanger which is supposedly faster at initiating turns than the tracker bent pivot, I dont know about baseplates but Ive heard people mount midtracks and fultrack on RTS bases to make them turnier.. I think...

Darts are the same as RTS. RTS just has longer kingpin.

As evidenced by the Dart hangers used on the wider RT-S trucks.

I don't know if this is a stupid question, but how about Sixtracks? They look like they have the bent pivot as well. Are they just inlarged RTS's?

what's the best tracker truck set up for an 8 year old getting a 30" Gravity Bruce Logan as his first 'good' board? He sort of needs some stability because hes klutzy like his dad. but at his tiny size he's going to have trouble turning it right? bushings? wedges? different trucks? different deck? wheels?

Or should I just wait untill he turns 12 and get it for him then when he's stronger and more coordinated, bigger and heavier. I started on a cheapy plasic GT Spoiler 27" untill I finally got a good board like the one in skateboarder magazine.

he sometimes forgets to wear helmet, rarely wears pads and never wears gloves but usually lands on hands and crys. he's bg for hs age...a big baby sometimes though. Ross played football last sumer and is playing again this summer.

awww... we have a prodigy silversurfer in the making. Hey the younger he starts, the better. Hmmm... bruce logan is a good in length and width, I'd say mabey go with some wider darts, hmm something thats a around a total of 71/2" axel to axel.
