    Default Deformed Bushings?

Yeah, I know they're blurry. I guess my camera can't take shots that close up.
    It's a red (90a) Khiro insert bottom.
You probably can't see it, but the hole in the middle is stretched out and isn't snug on the kingpin. The metal insert is probably why it's still intact.
On the top when the bushing touches the hangar there's a huge bulge. On the bottom, the urethane is smashing against the insert and buldging.
This is on my park board and I have the nut on snug.

Is my 158 pounds too fat for these? Or is it the bushings (probably not)?
    Should they be replaced?

I don't know how long you've had those bushings, but I think it's just usual wear and tear. Eventually they should be replaced.

Define "snug". I bet you have cranked them down a bit too much. If you want tighter trucks then stepping up to a harder bushing would be a good idea.

I want to like the Khiro bushings, I really do. But after trying them for a while, I still like the bones hardcores best.

The way the bushing in the bottom picture appears to be distended around the cone shape seems to indicate to me that all of this is the result of overtightening.

Well it's like that on both bottoms. I have the nuts tightened either a couple threads above the kingpin or level with it.

Just a suggestion- when you take close up pics, use macro mode. Should be a button with a flower mark on it. If you press that and take pictures close up, they usually come out clear.

..Or just don't hold the object in the air, but place it on the ground. This way, even the dumbest autofocus will focus on the correct distance.
