Any tips on tweaking my Randal II 180s?

I weigh 190lbs. I have the upgraded kingpins and flat washers, but I want to replace the bushings.

I have some orange indy bushings, as wall as some Bones Hardcores in medium and hard.

Any tips on how to use the Bones or Indy's would be much appreciated.
