is the pivot replaceable? i ask becuase of the nut close to it. that would be kind of cool incase you wanted to switch baseplates (like to crail's). the truck looks sweet though.

and im assuming theyre going to be around the same price for the smokey hangars.

the pivot is adjustable, wheich allows you to line up the kingpin hole on a radal dh or 180 plates. I

    Two questions
If you dont mind telling everyone what changes were made?
How soon will you be getting around to making baseplates? Is that the next project for you?

The pivot is adjustable so you can put them in different baseplates...stock they can go in Randall, UB, Force, Pogo etc...
I think to go into Holey or Crail I will need to make new pivots, but thats pretty simple..
the other changes were thickness and a machined radius inside the axle bore to recess the threads 1/8 inch into the hangar to make that even tougher, and the slight bevel on the ends...

price will be $219 with bearings
    $199 without

The baseplates when they come out (no date promises, as I have lots going on right now...) will have the option of either running a spherical bearing with a pivot pin that drops in to them, or a machined Delrin pivot cup that accepts the standard ball pivot.

    Is the bearing removable?
Like, if I get a set with bearings and decide that I don't like it, could I take them out?

the bearings are press fit and locked in with retaining compound..it takes a lot to ge tthem out, but yes, if you didnt like them you could press them out

I ran my Flushcut with bearing fromt, non bearing back and they were great, but I am riding my topmount with bearings front and back and they are great..
