i had them before, the one i had didnt turn, i had to swap bushings and baseplates to get em to turn decently. My friend had a spare set of baseplates from some shortboard trucks.

was that the only problem? i saw a kid's wal-mart board's trucks break pretty easily, so i dind't know if it was on that kind of quality level.

citycrusher, thanks for the hookup! those look PERFECT! i just want to make sure the trucks won't snap like the kid i saw...

BE CAREFUL with these... they are cheap and of low quality.

My buddy and I each bought a set to try out, and if you're going to be doing ANYTHING but general cruising, I'd go another route.
    A) Bushings are garbage

    B) Kingpins are weak (my buddy fell from the coping after snapping the pin on his first stall with these trucks) and not very easily replaceable - the heads of the bolts are smaller than standard size G8's - not a huge issue, but you'll need a dremel or file to open up the baseplate hole a bit.

    C) Axles are weak - after skating these in parks and sliding them for about 2 weeks, the axles are NOTICEABLY BENT - wheels will cone very fast.

You get what you pay for with these..

I am now using Indy 169 hangars with these baseplates.

hmm, havent noticed axles bending, but I dont expect much from 20$ trucks.

wow, THANKS for that input! so, general cruising is okay. i can replace the bushings, too.
general cruising includes riding, dancing, some hills, carving, looking cool, etc?
