Sweet. Im stoked for mine to come. I ordered the 93 and 90 a standard packs for my Paris. Hopefully they're as good as everyone claims

damn sorry knew i forgot something, about 145~150 no, not really stright down bombing, not gonna go more than maaaaybe 35 tops? just dont wanna have marshmellow soft bushings i cant go 20 on

Re: Venom bushings?
There are people who bomb into the 30's with marshmellow soft bushings. They look super skeetch but they do it.
I'm 220lbs. I hit the upper 20s maybe in the low 30s on 85a/90a bushings. But i'd say it deals more with fear for me.

Re: Venom bushings?
true, i hit 27 on my original 35 with s8's but it definitely wasnt comfortable, and what im hearing about these venoms is they feel super soft and you can carve pretty well on em but still feel somewhat stable at speed, so any ideas?

i'm just about the same weight,
quoting one of my old posts, I would ride one of the following if I were you
Top / Bottom
78a barrel / 81a barrel - favorite setup , barrels make it nice and stable, softer on the top causes the trucks to pivot at a really nice place , ive taken it up to 20-25?
81a cone / 81a barrel - sacrifice a little stability for snappier turns , feels a lot like double barrels of 81a but just a little less support and sharper turns

thanks alot, in one pack of barrels are botht he same height? if so then i could just get one 81a pack and one 78a pack right? otherwise i would have to buy 4 packs of 2 bushings to get that combo right?

all of the barrels are the same height, so you can buy 1 pack of 81a and 1 pack of 78a and your set , its an awesome setup for what you want

Re: Venom bushings?
Does it bother anyone else that Venom is a registered trademark of Dr. Pepper/7up? The bushings came first..

Re: Venom bushings?
Copyright law also requires that the products be related for there to be an infringment. For instance Racer X; a magazine a band, a cartoon character and a wheel

For what weight?
Aren't the DH/SuperCarve packs just the same bushings from the Standard packs, except either only barrels or cones?
I weigh 120-125. I was thinking 85a double barrels front and back, or 85a barrel on the bottom with an 85a cone on top front and back, how would you guys think I'd do with either setup?
