If only I had some green stims...

One combination I do want to try is a radikal clear on bottom and a radikal green on top. Or the other way around, either way...

My yellow stims really arent getting much use now that radikal is in town, but I think that I will eventually have my randal 150s set up with a radikal bottom and a yellow stim.

the clear ones dont seemd to give the same rebound that the red ones do. i really like blue bottom red top for Randal trucks...

I like deep, deep carves but I think it would be the best of both worlds with a red bottom and a clear top, maybe a yellow stim on top.

If you cant figure that out.. He has a Green Stimulator bushing from Tracker on the bottom(rare if not impossible to get these days), and a Yellow Stimulator bushing on the top, with a White Aluminum-Insert bushing from Khiro on top of that.

i just got my dh baseplate from rustyburrito and i made an awesome combo out of the worst bushings....ont he bottom i put a large cup washed with small one inside it then a stock white top bushing from shortboard phantom 2 trucks. one the top i put the larger of the two (bottom i think) stock yellow r II bushing upside formt eh way you normally put it. this has more rebound than my old setup of a blue stim on bottom and a red indy on top...i couldn't use that setup because for some reason a dh basplate uses more kingpin....

Crass, i guess you dont want to see all of the other green stims I have.....but for real, radikals are just as good, with more duro options.....

and yes that board carves tight, but I ont go over 35 with the trucks that loose. 50+ on that board with downhills.

I'm going to go out on a limb and ask a total kook question on my first post. Is that a DH hanger with stimulators? I ask because I have some green stims in R-II 180 hangers and went to put them on some 160DH hangers tonight but didn't like the way the stims fit into the hanger. There isn't as much space as on the R-II hangers. So I gave up and put the yellow randal bushings back in.

Did you trim the stimulators or anything? What other bushings are you guys running in the DH trucks that would be good for a 150lbs. guy like me. (more interested in turning than stability at this point, and I'm running the DH hangers on R-II baseplates: 40mph tops is fine).

    Thanks.

    Welcome to silverfish!

It is a DH hangar with stims.

I don't know if he trimmed them.

    Civ, what up?

Mark, is it possible for you to stock Khiros? How is the search for Radikals going?

Thanks Mark. The softest supercush are the 88s, right? Close to the 85 stims. Sounds good. What I have on hand are: a few sets of red indys (don't know what duro those actually are), red randal, yellow randal, orange superballs 94a, blue superball 97a, couple pairs of bones blue if I rob them out other trucks (can swap in the red indys i suppose), some white khiros (way soft, for my son when he needs them), and god knows what else. Any of that useful for randal's? I figure I can use my green stims in the 180s or use them as bottom bushings in both the 180s and DH's with different top bushings. (i only have four green stims: wait, one is actually one of the light greens that is softer, like a yellow so i'd better use it on top of a front truck)
