As for herbn's trucks, from what I understand THEY are super light
and super low. Real high tech looking. Would be perfect for a super
low and lightweight cruising board.

I don't know about that but if you know the westwood cycles guys, then you might know herb, his shop was in their basement for a while.

The super light adn super strong boards are going to be made out of 1/4 inch aircraft quality wood, with maybe some added materials like some special carbon weave and maybe kevlar. ..

I havn't talked to him in about a month! I just got back form Europe, and between that, work and shool, I haven't had time to skate the severa miles to his shop. I'm gonna go this weekend becasue i don't have work.
