Default Need new bushings and maybe a new truck...

I just bought a new Sector 9 Kiwi, and it has some crappy bushings on it.

It has the stock Gullwing M1 trucks with whatever bushings come on it (they're black), and they seem a little too tight.

But then when I loosen them up, and step off the board the trucks stay turned a little; is this normal?

Also I( have heard that with different bushings the M1's will be better, but if I still don't like the trucks, what would you recommend?

Just go ahead and get yourself a set of Randals. You will be happier than spending money trying to figure out bushings. And you can use them on your next board as well. Top notch gear and bushings to start with...

Or, you can pick up a Khiro bushing kit and dial the board in completely for 35 bucks using the truck you have.

What size do you think would be best? The 125mm says its for a mini, but i don't really trust stock descriptions.

Also I was wondering what the point of an angled spacer is. Would that make any difference with a new busing and/or completely new truck?

Deck: 27.5" L x 8.5" W; Trucks: 8.375" Gullwing Mission Trucks.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this is what your deck is....

If you want a really fun carvy lower speed mini, Bennett 5.0's with a set of wedges. The wedges will allow you to set it up a couple of ways: Slash Carve or Pump Carve.

Skinny ends of the wedges both to the front of the board: Pump Carve.
Skinny ends of the wedges pointing to the opposite ends of the board: Slash Carve.

I really want to be able to pump my board at about 5-10 MPH down the street, without having to do too much work. I am guessing that 5-10 MPH is fairly slow, right?

And that is the dimensions of the board.

Thanks for the help!

Well. Went out today and bought some doh-doh blues (i know they have a bad rep., but I was anxious just to try something new), and they actually are amazing. They have the perfect amount of lean to leave me about 3mm of room when i put my whole weight into a turn; and they turn easily enough so I can pump about 100x's easier.

Maybe I would have better performance with khrio's or venoms, but until I get enough money and will to drive to the skate shop and get different ones, I think i'll stick with the doh-dohs.
