all things being equal reverse kingpin trucks are 1" shorter in actual wheelbase when compared to regular trucks on the same board and and truck holes...though the turning radius is tighter on reverse kingpin trucks they are inherently more stable which makes the wheelbase seem wide

the tightest turning radius you can get is from original S6 trucks. With my 30'' deck it has a turning radius of about 2 feet, no joke. I dont have much experience with the randals or the indies, so i wouldnt be able to suggest one over the other, but i recommend the originals.

well, with flat mounted trucks on the same board, the randals will be MUCH MUCH tighter. as stated, the wheelbase changes a good bit, which is a point against the indys. however, with proper wedging, Indys can keep up no problem. they also have, in my opinion, a better "feel". while with randals, the turn is very linear, and the amount of turn is controlled by the amount of board lean. with Indys, its a very progressive turn, where the more pressure you put on the rails, the tighter you turn. its much more surfy feeling.
Indy's NO CONTEST. Regular kingpin trucks turn MUCH tighter than reverse kingpin trucks can turn (unless you have your reverse king trucks loose to the point where having bushings doesn't matter anymore, and even then Indy's will still beat them out).
