    Default Randal Baseplates...

I recently got some Randal 180s and the baseplates are so off you can see it without measuring. Will Randal stand behind his product?

What part is off? I know the mounting holes are off and you have to drill them out but if its something else, fire off an angered email.

Ummm, the kingpin 'hole' is off... It is so off that when I tried to put the kingpin on the other way (nut on top) I had about an inch of space because the bolt head was touching the baseplate...

all randal baseplates are messed up. Ive never seen a perfect one, Jimz is making a baseplate that should solve that problem.

mine was like that tooo, you can't reverse the kingpin but o well....with the nut on botum it is less likely to strip and i can swap out pins w/o removing the trucks....and ow i got my new homemade speed board.....it is mad low, only 1/2" higher than a landy dh....and you don't have to worry about getting that swing putting you into a slide

But that obviously means the trucks are off, which probably explains why my board is 'twisted'.

I wouldn't care so much except my board doesnt sit with all four wheels on the ground and also if it veers off to one side...
