Default My Exkates broke and Jims sending a new hub

    UPDATE:
Exkates are weak...the pins couldnt hold my quick Ninja style carves and ripped through the holes in the hub. Why doesnt Exkate fabricate a metal washer to the hub of uerathane(like are friends over at Khiro)? I am pissed
Got them and broke them in one day, all because the little ass pins they use ripped the hub in one direction.
So Next setup is the good exkate truck from the back up front and the randal 150 with blue hardcore extra softs in back...im guessing it will be quick up front, but the back is going to draw out the carves IM PISSED!!!!!
In Lou of looking like a Rectum I took Franks advice and called.
Jim with exkate said he would replace the hub and has never heard of that happening. Who knows just like the Flambayyyy'd cherries and melted Kryptos the problem could have been in the Uerathane.
I love how quick my exkates WERE......

Ahhhhhhh, so what do you think about the possibility of fabricating a metal insert...wouldn't that solve the problem, I am guessing that it wouldnt because the metal would just peel off instead. Momo congrats yeah I guess I am more lucky than you. Anyone ever had it happen.
I will call them and fart at them.

That's a threat we can all be scared of. I hope you never get my number.

Two pairs of Exkates... zero problems. Don't they have a really long warrenty? Dude, call them up (and be cool), and get some new ones. No biggie, unless you're missing tons of skin. In that case, send them some pictures, and get two pairs of Exkates.
Loose trucks may save lives, but they won’t save you any money on your car insurance.

haha, no I am just being a little whinning baby.
This **** sucks though, I was so fired up on the amazingly quick snaps and the fact that is felt like I was on a surf board. It was so nice for the hour it lasted. Maybe the 75a strikers provided so much grip that the trucks couldnt hang?
Whatever the case Nickle give me your number I got a little something for your listening pleasure.

after riding thier electric boards I would hardly call them morons. It takes a genius to figure out how to ride a skateboard up hill.

It takes a wealthy person to buy one of those boards. I am trying to find out a way for this not to happen again. Frank...morons may have been a strong term, but I am fired up if you couldnt tell. It doesnt sound like you paid 500 bucks for one of those electrics it sounded like you only tried one?...I would use that money to buy 2 wefunks and I gaurantee you I would be much more satisfied with that purchase. Wefunk have I told you I appretiate your work?

    to each their own...

The boards run $1000 and we are lucky enough to have 2 of them around. So I ride one a few miles every weekend. They are worth every penny.

I myself would rather have a few custom decks instead and I will never have an extra grand to spend on 1 board.

Coming out with a product as advanced as the exkate takes brains is all I'm saying. Its possible to get a bad batch of anything. The part that sucks is you didnt even contact them about it before you get on the internet and bash them and thier company. Thats no way to get your trucks fixed or replaced.

Yeah, you and probably everybody else on here. How could you not appreciate his work. I guess to not appreciate it you would have to be ignorant about it. and then you don't count anyways
