Bushing help
Hi, I've had a dervish for about a month now with paris trucks. i've read that the paris 180s have terrible stock bushings, so i'm planning on upgrading. i like a pretty responsive ride, and want to be able to carve and slide easily, but still be stable enough to do some dh. i weigh 165. i've read that venoms are nice, but i'm not sure which durometer to get. thanks

Re: Bushing help
you need to get some harder bushings for downhill and some softer ones for carving
the best advice I can give you is to buy at least 3 different full sets of bushings across the range of duros and try them out, see what combination you like best and go with it

Re: Bushing help
ok thanks. i was thinking about prob getting 81a or 85a. is there a significant difference between these duros?

Re: Bushing help
i would say so , I would get another step higher and go for a lower 90a as well so you have a few options , 81 - 85 - 90 is a good split ,
the 81's are going to feel gushy soft under your weight , the 85's will probably feel about right and you can break the 90's out when you feel like going fast

Re: Bushing help
I have Paris on my Dervish and I`m 165 as well. 81a will be way too soft, I run 90a standard pack and it`s pretty loose... Go 85a for super loose.
