Thanks for the link david. Bigger pics:
Is it just me, or is the bushing seat bigger in the first pic? Maybe its the other side of the hanger?

They would be pretty heavy with all that billet still in there. Plus it gave it the triangle (strength).

Can you "mic" a "stim" for me and post all the measurements here? These are way early prototypes.

It is probably going to be based on a Venom Barrel set to start, possibly JimZ.

Main idea is to keep the cost as low as possible. Looking to make it fit a Randal baseplate as well.

Elegant design, I like the look. You may want to call it a CNC truck however. I may be wrong but the term "Precision Truck" usually refers to how it pivots, such as a spherical bushing.

That bushing seat screams Spherical bearing . My guess is bolt with nylock nut for pivot? Might want to sacrifice some weight on the axle female portion to give it some added strength so it doesnt bend.

And if the bushing seat isnt going to have a bearing, are you going after a flipable type of hanger?

Jimz has 1 1/4 inch diameter.

    I like it so far.

Precision is a term based on how it was made, not the parts it involves. SO this would be a precision hanger ebcause it was made precisely with a CNC. Sphericals and other extras are jsut that, extras.

Looks super cool, like it's here visiting from the future!

But, is it prone to deck bite with that large triangle shape?

try and open up the bushing seat a little. you won't want the bushing seat to fit the bushing exactly, that won't allow any movement at all, and you'll be stuck using soft bones hardcores to achieve a stiffer ride than jimz bushings
yes, an uber-grippy, square-lipped slalom wheel IS the best for sliding

i think it might fit if you have a super long distance between the pivot and the kinpin hole

Ok, these are intended to have spherical bearings in both the hanger and pivot.

They are intended for top mount and drop mount only at this point. Think avenger, evo, chinook, some kebbeks, etc...

The bushing seat is deep and it is not reversible. Just part of the design process, this is a prototype.

It doesn't need to look like every other CNC'd truck out there. Some originality is good. So don't expect the shape to change that much, just minor mods based on performance and such.

How many people that HAVE precisions are dropping them through? Just a question. I have seen a few.
