no pics, but a friend of mine broke 4, yes thats four, randal dh hangers in 3 days.

    regular randal dh's + 90mm 75a fly's on a jon caften.

he bent one going into a sidewalk pretty fast and the axle broke off on two hangers when he was sliding. not in the same slide. big soft wheels+randal hangers=fail

If that was your reasoning, then you would also run quality bearings that wouldn't overheat under the same slide abuse that killed some of these trucks, and we all know that's not the case

The new Randals are DANK product. I haven't found a stronger cast truck so far. I've bent Bears into bananas before and that's always fun, but I wanted a change to 8mm and the Randal was my go to. The new gen is strong, and I highly doubt you'll ever see one break unless it's run over by a car. I've been popping big airs, and landing big drops on my Randals and really STOMPING the landing for full effect and my Randals haven't even bent! Great trucks... Can't wait to keep riding them and do my best to bend them.

So true kevin. I'm hooked on randals, it confuses the hell out of me why loaded even stocks some chinese junk chargers on their boards.

Randals are awesome. The new ones have a nicer thinner profile too and I don't really even like the look of paris to be honest. Axles aren't as strong either so I really so no reason not to get randals.

edit: and they have the baseplate options too.

Nothing we skate down here should cause that, other than getting run over by a car. If a truck can't handle a low speed slide, the truck is garbage. Large expansion joints in garages? nope happens all the time? nope crap trucks? yep
I guess this was an older generation. Hope the new ones dont do this.

I'm not, they may be Chinese made but the design is solid and I haven't even come close to bending my 9" or 10" Chargers doing innumerable bonelesses, kickflips, shuvits, sliding, bombing, etc. Sector9 did something right with these trucks.

Some bent Paris 180s. This was the first pair I bent. Sent em back, got new ones, and subsequently bent those a few months later. Sent those back, got new ones, and bent them about a month ago. Bought some Paris 150s for my Ceviche, and bent them within a week. Both of those pairs are currently en route to Costa Mesa for yet another replacement. Love the trucks, but this whole returning and waiting business is getting really old.

The Chargers are good cuz Sec9 didnt design them!
I've seen several bent 10mm Bears! The first batch bent quite easily.

No, but I do slide a ton and do a lot of shuvits and other flip tricks, although you would think a flexy Vanguard would absorb some of that... Must be the sliding. The Ceviche, though, gets a beating from kickflips, varial flips, ollies, and kickturns. Beat the crap out of them real quick.
