Just changes the feel of the truck a bit.
Changing the platform height compared to the truck does more.

You get funny things happening to your roll axis if you only flip one hanger-
not saying don't try it, but if you find it feeling wrong un-flip it and add a gasket to the lower truck.

If you run same trucks at both ends it's not that big a deal (although I like my decks loooowww).

It's a bigger issue if you run two different-angle trucks. If the heights aren't the same the board sits nose-up or nose-down, and feels weird. Topmounts it's no big deal--just use risers to shim the low truck. But drop-throughs are trickier--you can still use risers, just more of a pain in the @$$.

Oh right, thanks. I just use the same truck front and back so never really thought about different truck heights being an issue. Makes sence.

So im running the Bomb made by Early Skateboards. It i a drop down board and has a 15* front andgle and the back is flat. Im running paris' 195's with the 50* plates and flat 1/8'' risers. Would making a Prandal with the 195 and a 35* or 28* plate change my rear angle enough to make a differnce in riding? i tried to read this whole thread and see if it would help but it doesent really mention drop-down boards...so i just want a good opinion on how much it could change my ride and affect the board. only looking to change the front.
