I first thought it was a broken kingpin while I was picking myself up.
You should contact the manufacturer before posting up. Sometimes you get bad batches, and instead of the company more than willingly setting you right, you deter potential customers. Not trying to flame you, its just considered poor form. I'm sure sabre will hook you up with a new set if you send em an email.

    I've only ridden the bushings.
Also, a bad batch is a bad batch. Either way, they split. I don't see why contacting the mfg 1st makes a difference, even if they were to replace them or not.

If you contact them first they will probably correct any problems there are and send you replacement product. Every skate company has bad batches. It doesnt make them a lower quality company, but mistakes happen. Also, it is important for them to know if their products are failing in case there are any more defective bushings. That way they will know if they need a recall or if it was just a fluke.

They are the only sizable manufacturer left who isn't making house branded trucks for their completes.

    Landyachtz - Bear
    Gravity - Randal
    Sector9 - Gullwing
    Lush - Sabre??????

Having a french english site could simply be a branding strategy since a large portion of their business is in France.

I own Venom, Sabre, and Reflex bushings... Sabre's are the best IMO... w/ the most rebound. It may just be that 86a is too soft for you, thus you wore 'em out.
I have a bunch of skateboards

Isn't this what you're supposed to put in a signature?

you're missing the point- when buying gear, one tends to allocate certain funds towards certain gear... I've been holding off on buying another set of trucks (I'd really like to try holeys, for instance) for months since sabre's release date was hyped to be soon.

Nice idea, but I don't think its necessary. With a 190mm hangar, a 45* baseplate and double barrel bushings, I still want my Sabres to be fun to carve/cruise around on when I finally buy them....

    Cool Re: Sabre Trucks

Bubba: Have you ever been on a real Sabre?
Forrest Gump: No, but I've been on some a real big trucks.
Bubba: Anyway, like I was sayin', Sabre is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, Sabre-kabobs, Sabre creole, Sabre gumbo. Pan fried Sabre, deep fried Sabre, stir-fried Sabre. There's pineapple Sabre, lemon Sabre, coconut Sabre, pepper Sabre, Sabre soup, Sabre stew, Sabre salad, Sabre and potatoes, Sabre burger, Sabre sandwich. That- that's about it. Your Amigo Eddy Texas Outlaws.
I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world.. without you. A world without rules or controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible.
