I ordered them and tried that, it became very tippy, with none of the progressiveness of the stock trucks. I find the blue bushing are better for my weight (240 all geared up). They're on a loaded vanguard flex 1.
Where the red stock bushings are super responsive, to the point of being twitchy when going faster, the blues just seem to settle the board down. I have to be more decisive when I make the board turn but I like that.
I don't feel that I've lost any of the boards ability to carve what-so-ever when I really go for it, but when I straighten out and bomb a short section, like in a garage with my friends for example, the board just seems more stable.
My friend however, who's about a hundred pounds lighter than me, said it made my board feel dead, he liked the stock ones more.
In summary, I like them because I feel like I can be more aggressive on the board, move around a little, really push into carves, with the blues.

Actually, there is no difference between the "new" GFH Green Khiros and the Blue Khiros except the color. I spoke with Khiro Bob and asked about the alleged 80A Green GFH/Khiro bushings that people were talking about and he said it was all a misunderstanding. They are making a green bushing for GFH, but it is the exact same formula as the 85A bushing in a new color...

Mark from Mile High indicates in the recent thread, "Stability of Bennetts", (this Forum), he's looking into this.

Yes, they are different. The stock orange ones feel like plastic, but the aftermarket ones are ok. Similarly, the indy brand replacement pivot cups are way better than the ones they put in the trucks stock. Go figure...

The deal with Indy is that all the stock stuff is made by Ermico and then marketed and distributed by NHS. You probably know this already.

But the aftermarket stuff is made and distributed by NHS, including the truck parts. So when you go to buy official Indy kingpins, cushions, and pivots, it's all different that the stock parts. The NHS-Indy cushions aren't even the same shape, so the include a set of cup washers b/c you're going to need them in order to fit them onto the trucks.

To further confuse things there was a time you could buy the actual stock Indy cushions, but of course they weren't marketed under the Indy name, it was under Lucky (owned by Ermico). You could get the exact orange Indy bushings. They were labelled as soft. They made harder versions in Green (Med) and Black (Hard), all with the same distinctive bottom bushing shape.

Lucky still makes bushings, but they've gone to a classic bushing shape (like Supercush), so they're compatible with more trucks out there since the Indy shaped ones are usually to big for Ventures/Thunders/Royals etc.

Slob says they're 90A. They feel harder than that to me under my feet, but it's probably due to the shape and not the durometer. They aren't going to fit in too many other trucks without some whittling down, they're huge in height and circumference. But I tried two tops and they seemed to fit in a Randal-R2 nicely.

You know, I never really thought about that but it totally makes sense. I wasn't aware that Ermico made anything out of urethane themselves so assumed they sourced the bushings somewhere - but it's clearly somewhere different or at least a very different formula than where NHS is sourcing the indy replacement bushings. Thanks.

Is there any sort of measurment for rebound? i doubt it because i have never heard about it, but it would be interesting to be able to compare bushing rebound with some sort of scale...

    anyone?

I'd like to know when those Abec 11 bushings are going to be available. I'm very impressed with the wheels, I love the fact that skate stuff is being made well and with quality and options again.

Does anyone know the duro for white barrel shaped ''Lucky Kegs'' ?

They are listed as ''soft''. There are also dark ones that are listed as''hard''.

    I do like there size.

That's a good question. I bought a set a while back but haven't even had a chance to try them yet. I'll post back again with a guess on the duro and comparrions to other bushings once I've tried them. I also have some yellow khiro "bitch" bushings to try out as well.

They will not fit. Too tall. I run Bones Hardcores in GK-AXLs.
