slide wheels on longer boards (not what you think)

Has anyone ever tried some slide wheels (such as slide a's) on a longer board (such as the fsm, dropspeed, etc). I bet some of you could pull off some crazy standups. I would try it if i had some slide wheels, but i dont.The ride would be rougher than a week in a prison full of sex deprived rapists

Hehe. I've thought about it many a time but never actually made the effort to swap wheels.

I've done it on an S9 tri-lam with RII 150s and 98a duro wheels. It was fun, but I must admit I only rode it like that for about an hour so my experience is limited.

It just wasn't what I was expecting. I felt like they broke loose way to easily.

YMMV however. I would like to hear some other accounts.

I rode some harder wheels on my hellcat before and its all fun and all but it does get old fast. I got to say it was a blast pulling off slides for a bit on a bigger board. Everything just felt more graceful....you know after you got done picking yourself off the ground the after your maiden attempt.
