Karrot Wheel Core Sculpture

So I got Karrot's used wheel cores, all 176 of em. I want to make a sculpture with them. Curious as to what you guys think I should make/do with them. My first inkling was a 666 triptic like in the omen

But i kind of want something functional, like a blanket(jk)
they are about the size of golfballs

Or maybe a few sets of 130mm Flywheels

I think it would be cool to arrange them flat in a pattern and place plexyglass over and under the cores to make a bitching table top or a wall piece. Another thing that would be pretty cool would be if you glued them all into a gigantic sphere and place led lights in the center to make a (an) awesome wheel core disco ball.

hell yeah, line them flat and put a big ole piece of plate glass on 'em. voila, table. can be done with bottles, cans, wheels, cds, etc. g'luck!
