Default 63mm tunnel rock core/hub question

I'm picking some up for my campus cruiser and I was looking for the best price(strapped for cash and I found it on TLS) and the description says "10mm center".

What does that mean exactly? Does the hub measure 10mm or will the wheel only take 10mm bearings? Or am I just overthinking this and 8mm bearings will be compatible?

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed

It means that it has room for standard spacers between the bearing seats.

Like almost all skate wheels you can use either 608 series (22x8x7) or 6900 series (22x10x6) ball bearings in them.
