Most commonly used are skate bearing lubes, like Bones Speed Cream. There's also the stuff made by Oust, Ninja, and a few other companies that I can't remember right now.
You can use stuff like sewing machine oil or gun oil, if you happen to have that lying around.
If you're going to be riding in rain, or you simply want your lube to last longer between relubings, you can use grease. Lithium grease is said to work well, but I've never tried it.
Note: Don't use WD-40. To oversimplify, there's stuff in it that is bad for bearings.
