Does anyone know how these wheels are after some heavy mileage? I can only find reviews for new wheels. I had originally ordered 90mm flywheels but they are out of stock where I ordered them so I was re-evaluating my decision. These wheels will be used on a low board and I need wheels that can handle loose brick and cobblestone and trolley tracks in the street. Long distance pushing on the flats for the most part.

ive got 85mm 79a black ops.

good for commuting, and rolling over crappy pavement.
i would suggest a softer duro, mine get drifty rolling through
debris at almost any speed.

Are you talking about the 85mm, 77mm or 73mm and which duros?

I think the large core wheels are going to ride rougher. I have the 77mm, 83a(purple) front and 75a(orange) rear. I used them one weekend for LDP and found them too rough. But thery are very well performing wheels, just not for rough pavements so I listed them in the SF classfied.

You might try the 85mm series in the <80 duros. I heard that they are more plush. But speed vents are expenive wheels so don't make the same mistake I did. Try before you buy.

These dudes took them across South America.

I would get the 85mm, they wear well, you can check and drift well, and sh!t doesn't slow them down.

That is my experience anyway.
