Default New wheels for my Logan Cruiser

I've been enjoying my 36" Logan Cruiser for a couple months now--pretty much following the kids around on their bikes, mostly flat-ish asphalt trails and roads. Lots of pushing, a little mellow cruising. Two big thumbs up.

I ordered the board direct from Gravity and had it shipped with 78a Street Gs. In spite of widespread opinion around here, I figured--being the newb casual rider that I am--I wouldn't notice the wheels being "slow." Well, after a short ride on a friends board (running some kind of Zig Zags), the difference was not subtle. His board was easier to push and rolled much further than mine, hands-down. Granted, his wheels were larger (75mm?), but I can't help but think I might enjoy running a different wheel.

    Recommendations?
It looks like Gravity has changed-up its wheel line, and the Logan Cruiser is shipping with Burners--are these faster than the Street Gs? Maybe I ordered my board a month too early . Should I try a different brand? Different size? 70mm?

    Thanks for the input.

White Burners are def. faster than street G's. I'd guess the blacks and blues would be faster, as well.

The street G's are okay for abuse, but not really great for momentum.

Read somewhere around here that the Drifters are great for sliding, not so great for all around. I'm definitely a rookie, and have yet to get up to a speed where I could slide anyway...

you might want to stick with wheels in the 66mm range due to wheelbite or the need to add risers.

Furtunatley there are some great 66mm wheels.
    Zig Zags 66mm
    EW Superballs 66mm
    Seismic Hot Spots 66mm

    There are others as well.
For a more period correct peice you could go with Benntt Alligators in 62mm or Cadillacs in 65mm.

If you liked your friends Zig-Zags, I'd go with those. Green would probably be pretty good.
